A company is looking for an HR Generalist to manage various HR operations and support employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance
• Support benefits enrollment and management, ensuring compliance and resolving vendor issues
• Assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and maintaining a smooth candidate experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, particularly in HR operations or employee relations
• Proficiency with HR technology, including HRIS, ATS, and LMS
• Experience handling confidential information professionally
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Certification in HR (PHR or SHRM-CP) is preferred
