Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient HR Clerk to join a dedicated team in Scripps Ranch. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to a dynamic work environment. This role is a contract role through March of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Manage Dayforce systems to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Handle SDI/PFL claims with precision and care.
- Administer Awardco platform and coordinate related activities.
- Prepare and manage monthly reporting for HR activities.
- Conduct benefit reporting and auditing to maintain accuracy.
- Oversee EOI Administration processes.
- Administer Leave of Absence processes, including status change emails, end payroll elections, and document uploads. Handle related tasks like ordering flowers, etc.
- Facilitate new hire enrollments and related administration.
- Conduct dependent and other coverage audits.
- Reconcile benefit billing with attention to detail.
- Perform scanning and filing duties to maintain organized records.
- Assist with other projects as needed to support the HR team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma is required
- Previous HR, Benefits, LOA and HRIS experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Banking experience a plus
Work Hours
Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $25 to $27 per hour.
