Base pay

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr. This range is provided by Homewatch CareGivers of Tacoma. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals & help with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and conversation
• Transportation to appointments & errands
• Support with pets and daily activities

Caregiver Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Washington State CNA or HCA license required
• Reliable transportation (driver’s license & insured vehicle preferred)
• Able to lift 35 lbs and pass a background check
