Job Summary

U.S. Electrical Services is seeking a Sales and Leadership Trainee to join our team. This rotational, leadership training program is available in Georgia and includes assignments across regional branches and central distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Complete an intensive 18- to 20-month Branch Management program with up to seven phases: Warehouse, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Project Management, Process Improvement, Outside Sales, Back Office and Branch Operations.
• During the first 12 months, complete prerequisite subjects; at month 12, specialize for branch management or sales career track.
• Engage in online training covering distributor operations, electricity, electrical products, customer service, communications, ethics, finance, leadership, and personal development; receive ERP system and on-site manufacturing factory training.
• Receive mentorship from industry professionals to set training tasks and goals, with progress tracked throughout the program.
