Warehouse Associate – Bristol Myers Squibb (RayzeBio) – Indianapolis, IN

Summary

Located at our Indianapolis facility, the Warehouse Associate provides warehousing support for the domestic and international shipping and distribution of clinical trial and commercial products. The role involves receiving, material handling, shipping, and distribution of internally manufactured radiopharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with GXP, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute labeling, packaging, and shipping of domestic and international shipments of internally manufactured radiopharmaceutical drug product programs.
  • Assist with scheduling domestic and international shipments from RayzeBio.
  • Receive incoming materials.
  • Sample and dispense materials in a cleanroom environment.
  • Perform physical activities related to the waste program.
  • Support the material cycle counting program.
  • Inspect finished product prior to shipment.
  • Provide hands‑on support of logistics, warehousing, and materials management.
  • Adhere to policies and SOPs to ensure compliance with DOT and GXP regulations.
  • Support the implementation of the Electronic Inventory System / ERP.
  • Support commercialization of current clinical programs upon FDA approval.
  • Operate day‑to‑day warehouse functions focused on KPIs to ensure compliance and operational control.
  • Train future Supply Chain team members.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, EH&S, Radiation Safety, and GMP requirements.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of proven warehouse experience (2+ in a cGMP facility preferred).
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping, including customs clearance and regulatory requirements for non‑US countries.
  • Radiopharmaceutical and DOT‑compliant shipping experience preferred.
  • Experience in a cGMP warehouse environment preferred.
  • Experience with inventory control.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping (radiopharmaceutical experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of DOT, GMP, and NRC regulations.
  • Excellent professional ethics, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure while meeting corporate goals and objectives.
  • Ability to perform daily work in a cleanroom environment with appropriate PPE.

Compensation Overview

Indianapolis – RayzeBio – $31.07 – $37.64 per hour (full‑time). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available.
