About the Role
UDEM Atlantic L.L.C. is an accredited certification body providing MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485, and international conformity assessment services.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Office Assistant to join our Medford office.
The ideal candidate will handle daily office operations, maintain communication with clients and potential customers, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with clients and potential customers via phone and email.
- Prepare and organize company documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings, audits, and internal activities.
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases as needed.
- Welcome visitors and ensure a professional office environment.
- Provide administrative support to the certification and auditing teams when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in office administration, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Spanish language skills are preferred.
Must reside in the Greater Boston area and be available to work full-time on-site at the Medford office.
