The Recruiting and On-Boarding Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support Grace Technologies’ growth. This individual will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and direct outreach to onboarding and performance tracking — ensuring a world-class candidate and employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Actively source and recruit candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, industry boards, university partnerships, and referrals).
- Proactively identify and engage top passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer delivery.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team culture, and success profiles.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring metrics in the company’s applicant‑tracking or HR system.
- Own and execute all onboarding logistics for new hires, including background checks, offer letters, equipment, and workspace readiness.
- Manage benefit enrollment and ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
- Conduct new‑hire orientations and coordinate introductions with key departments.
- Act as a primary point of contact for new employees during their first 90 days, ensuring a smooth transition and high engagement.
Performance Management & Development Support
- Coordinate and collect company‑wide performance reviews, ensuring timely completion and data accuracy.
- Partner with department heads to ensure review feedback and performance metrics are captured and actionable.
- Support tracking of goals, promotions, and development milestones.
Compensation & Market Research
- Research and analyze compensation data and market benchmarks to support annual pay review cycles.
- Provide insights and recommendations to ensure Grace remains competitive and equitable in compensation practices.
- Maintain accurate salary and benefit data for all positions.
What You’ll Need
Required Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or talent operations.
- Proven track record of direct sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with benefits administration, onboarding workflows, and performance review processes.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Other Skills and Abilities
- Requires the ability to operate a wide variety of standard office equipment, such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, telephone, fax, and photocopier.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
