Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler
Job Description
Follow assembly procedures and work instructions with attention to details.
Responsibilities

Verify the integrity of materials to be assembled according to the assembly procedure and/or work instruction.

Assemble components in specific orders, using the proper tooling and equipment specified in the procedures/work instruction instructions.

Conduct visual inspection of components and/or assembly according to procedure/work instruction.

Identify and report defective components.

Ensure the accuracy of work-in-process associated with the work cell.
-
Maintain cleanliness in your work area and surrounding workspace.

Fulfill any other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business.
Essential Skills
-
Proficiency in using various hand tools such as tweezers, rulers, and cutters, and tools like torque drivers, torque wrenches, and screwdrivers.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

Ability to read procedures, interpret visual aids, and follow mechanical and electrical drawings.

Skill in precision mechanical component placement and assembly, including microscope assembly and gearboxes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in gloveboxes and working under a microscope with small parts is a bonus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
