In this role, your attention to detail will be vital in creating an inviting atmosphere and maintaining a well-stocked store. As part of our dynamic retail team, you will play a key role in the daily operations, focusing on product availability and delightful store presentation. Your contributions will not only help us maintain high standards on the sales floor but also support our overall sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Efficiently process and replenish merchandise to keep the sales floor fully stocked. Uphold the aesthetic of the retail environment through diligent restocking and merchandising. Unload and check incoming shipments, strategically stocking the sales floor and organizing backstock. Work collaboratively within a positive team to meet operational goals and priorities promptly. What You’ll Bring: Able to lift up to 20 lbs. Capacity to stand and walk throughout the store during your scheduled shift. Bonus Points: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is strongly preferred. Schedule: This is a part-time position, requiring 18 hours per week, specifically on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a one-hour unpaid lunch break).
