Your Responsibilities Will Include: Completing comprehensive, company-paid training to manage a pest control service route effectively. Prioritizing

in every task. Driving a company vehicle and adhering to a scheduled route within your assigned territory, ensuring timely arrivals. Demonstrating

with clients and coworkers. Acting as a problem solver for customers, using

to understand their needs and recommend effective solutions. Preparing and installing services, including attic renovations, crawlspace encapsulations, and energy-efficient solutions. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver's license is mandatory. The ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within your first 90 days (we cover the cost). A capacity to work independently in the field while managing assigned routes and interacting with customers. Your Work Environment: In this role, you will meet certain physical requirements and will safely perform job duties: You will safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's specified weight limit. You may need to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. You should be comfortable accessing attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and other confined spaces and may need to climb, stoop, kneel, or crawl. You’ll be required to wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator as needed. You should be willing to work in varying weather conditions.
