As an Analyst - Business Data, you will play a critical role in preparing and cleansing product data for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) conversion. You will support the broader data governance and transformation initiatives by working closely with cross-functional teams to standardize and harmonize data from multiple ERP systems. You will be responsible for reviewing, validating and refining line-level detailed records across various data domains to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readiness for migration. This includes working with product related data and other operations attributes that impact reporting, system functionality and business decision making.

Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing and updating large Excel files to ensure data consistency and completeness

Support the preparation of product content for upload into internal systems

Identify and correct inconsistent data using reference materials and/or team guidance

Maintain clear documentation of updates, decisions and data issues encountered during cleanup

Support data cleanup and standardization across multiple systems

Follow established processes to ensure product data meets business standards

Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support project needs and reporting

Serve as a resource for product data questions and support team initiatives

Participate in team meetings to review progress and align on data standards

Learn and apply basic data governance principles to ensure long-term data integrity

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree - Technology or Business required

Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning functions)

Strong attention to detail

A foundational understanding of data structures, and the ability to follow established data standards & business rules

Solves difficult and sometimes moderately complex problems

Works independently with minimal supervision
