Tuscan Dairy is seeking a Master Warehouse/Cooler Operator - 1st Shift.

Tuscan Dairy Farms has an immediate job opening for a fast paced and motivated warehouse/cooler operator to perform accurate and efficient movement of product and inventory throughout the warehouse and cooler environment to meet and exceed operational goals, internal standards and customer needs. Demonstrate mastery of all job functions in the warehousing area/department, including how shipping and receiving operates. Receive, process, store, move, and distribute items (products, materials, ingredients, equipment, supplies, etc.) within a warehouse or cooler/refrigerated environment. Unload and load trucks, truck trailers, cases, pallets, stacks, etc. Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas by hand, hand truck, or electric hand truck. Record received and shipped items. May be responsible for training or re-training employees.

OUR OPERATORS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

$25.12 per hour

SCHEDULE : 6AM to 2:30PM. (Sunday and Monday off )

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred

Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal

Effective verbal and written communications skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks

Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high

Must be able to work in a wet environment and work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit

Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays

May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals

Minimum six months experience related to manufacturing environment

Forklift experience preferred

Forklift certification preferred
