About the Role You'll be the accuracy engine of our Las Vegas facility—owning counts, reconciliations, and system integrity so every pick, pack, and shipment runs smoothly across e-commerce and retail/wholesale channels.

What You'll Do

Cycle Counts & Audits:

Execute daily/weekly cycle counts by location and SKU; investigate variances and drive corrective actions to root cause.

Inventory Integrity:

Maintain 99%+ bin accuracy; perform slotting, re-binning, and label upkeep; ensure FIFO/FEFO where applicable.

Receiving & Putaway:

Verify quantities/conditions against POs and ASNs; process discrepancies (OS&D) and update WMS.

WMS Transactions:

Create/close inventory adjustments, transfers, holds, and write-offs with clean audit trails; help refine SOPs.

Replenishment:

Monitor min/max and trigger work orders to keep forward pick locations stocked for picks starting at 6 a.m.

Kitting & Light Assembly:

Build kits/sets and backflush components accurately; stage for outbound waves.

Returns (RMA):

Triage returns, perform QC, disposition stock (available, refurb, scrap) and document reasons.

Compliance & Safety:

Follow OSHA/warehouse safety practices; maintain clean, organized aisles and racking.

Cross-Functional:

Partner with Operations, Planning, and Customer Experience to resolve stock issues and prevent recurrence.

Reporting:

Provide daily inventory health KPIs (accuracy, shrink, count backlog, discrepancies, aging, returns).

What You'll Bring

2+ years in inventory control, materials, or warehouse operations (DTC/e-commerce or retail fulfillment a plus).

Working knowledge of a

WMS

(e.g., Fishbowl/NetSuite/ShipHero/3PL systems) and basic Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivots).

Proven cycle-counting and reconciliation experience; comfortable with root-cause and corrective actions.

Familiarity with

barcode/RF

scanning, lot/serial control, and kitting.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the full shift; forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

Detail-obsessed, reliable, and calm under time pressure—especially during inbound peaks and promotions.

Clear communication and teamwork mindset for a small, fast-moving operation.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting

omnichannel

(DTC + wholesale/retail) fulfillment.

NetSuite, Ship Station, or 3PL integrations experience.

Lean/5S exposure and SOP writing.

Schedule & Work Environment

Hours:

6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Overtime may be available during inventory counts or seasonal peaks.

On-site role in our Las Vegas warehouse.

KPIs You'll Influence

Inventory accuracy (%), shrink rate, cycle count completion rate, count variance $, pick accuracy %, returns processing SLA, and location utilization.
