Position Details:
Competitive Pay: $16.35 per hour plus production incentives
Schedule: Sunday at 3:30 PM & Monday - Thursday at 4:30 PM

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you will select cases and containers of food and non-food products to fulfill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. You'll organize completed orders on pallets and transport them to the loading dock staging area using an electric pallet jack or forklift, ensuring all safety regulations and quality standards are observed. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Adhering to all safety policies and procedures, and promptly reporting unsafe conditions.
Preparing for work by reviewing schedules and obtaining necessary supplies.
Meeting productivity and accuracy standards as outlined by the company.
Operating pallet jacks and forklifts to locate and collect products based on order sheets.
Placing stock items on pallets and manually moving items as required.
Transporting completed pallets to the shipping dock and preparing them for shipment.
Ensuring equipment is secure, completing all inspections, and handling batteries as necessary.
Embracing other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Qualifications: Able to work scheduled times and accommodate required overtime. Capable of standing, walking, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift. Ability to lift products weighing between 10-35 pounds frequently and up to 90 pounds as needed. Comfortable working in diverse temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry). Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
