Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Day Shift
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining a neat, organized, and accurate warehouse throughout their shift. Their primary objective is to move products and raw materials between the warehouses and the production floor, ensuring that all products are handled safely and remain undamaged. The Warehouse Associate also provides backup services to the Shipping and Receiving team, occasionally loading and unloading trucks.
Responsibilities
Maintain a neat, organized, and accurate warehouse.
Move products and raw materials between warehouses and the production floor.
Ensure all products are free from any damage, including denting, ripping, or any other forms of damage.
Provide backup services to the Shipping and Receiving team.
Load and unload trucks as needed.
Essential Skills
Ability to use a barcode scanner.
Proficiency in using a pallet jack.
Ability to read, write, and communicate via email and other electronic services.
Must be forklift certified and able to pass forklift training.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Attention to detail.
Highly organized with a constant drive to improve warehouse organization and efficiency.
Ability to multitask effectively and switch focus between tasks without losing track.
Demonstrated initiative.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to assist with urgent issues outside the immediate scope of the role.
Collaborative and flexible with a positive approach to working within the department.
High degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Effective communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
