Twin Peaks Property Management LLC is looking for someone to help us maintain condominium buildings we manage in the Village at Solitude Ski area. This position primarily involves cleaning common areas like halls, lobbies and bathrooms with opportunities for additional income available in light maintenance and snow removal. The position requires about 6 hours a day for 4 or 5 days a week during the 25/26 ski season. This can grow to a full time year round position with additional benefits for the right person. The schedule is flexible but some weekends and holidays will be required. If you think you would enjoy working at a ski resort in a fun environment with a small group of people, this may be a good opportunity for you. This job offers competitive hourly pay, on site parking and a winter 25/26 ski pass, We are looking to fill this position by November 15.
