Have experience in healthcare, senior care, or medical sales or youre a social worker, therapist, nurse, or other clinician ready to use your skills in a new way. You prefer a structured, office-based role this position involves fieldwork, community visits, and independent scheduling. Youre not ready to own your successthis is a commission-based opportunity that rewards initiative and drive. You lack strong communication skills or struggle with follow-through and organization.
What Youll Do Build relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, doctors, and other referral sources. Follow up on leads, convert prospects into clients, and manage your pipeline using our customer relationship management software. Conduct educational sessions on dementia, Parkinsons care and other senior relevant topics. Represent Seniors Helping Seniors at trade shows, networking events, and community presentations. Perform client assessments and coordinate care plans with our office team.
Qualifications Associate degree required; Bachelors preferred. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Passion for working with seniors is a must; experience preferred. Background in healthcare or medical sales is a plus.
