We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead frontline hiring efforts across all business entities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data driven, energetic, and motivated to help build strong teams through thoughtful, proactive recruitment strategies. This on-site position is hybrid between Knoxville and Gatlinburg, Tennessee, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities Help develop, facilitate and implement all phases of recruitment process
Manage and conduct phone screenings and interviews
Communicate and set clear job expectations for candidates
Record candidate activity and report metrics on requested roles
Facilitate offer letters
Create and deliver instruction for new hire orientation
Present benefits/compensation information to applicants/candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners
Attend and/or coordinate job fairs
Maintain and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Collaborate with the TA manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Identify/source new seasonal hiring opportunities
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in various levels of full-cycle recruiting and hiring
Strong applicant tracking/ATS skills and high-volume seasonal staffing is preferred
Experience in international recruitment/J-1/H2B hiring is preferred
Experience in entry level/mid corporate hiring is preferred
Strong organizational, communication and follow through skills
Previous experience in Paycom or other comparable HRIS preferred
Strong experience in Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft products
Physical Requirements Requires extended periods of time at computer workstation. Includes ability to listen and speak on the phone.
Ability to move or lift up to 25 pounds for presentation set ups.
