Position Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to support, drive, and execute all aspects of recruitment efforts including full cycle recruiting, hiring and onboarding for the Corporate Office, DC Leadership and Retail Field Leadership teams. You will collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop strategies that focus on attracting, retaining and elevating talent.

Annual Range: $70,000 - $75,000

What to Expect
Schedule: Full-time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons.
Work Location: Irvine, CA - minimum of 4 days per week in-office.

Key Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned client groups (Retail, Distribution, Loss Prevention, and Customer Service positions - including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Partner with Leadership to identify hiring needs, define role requirements, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and career sites.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline within assigned markets to support current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, alumni associations, and community organizations to expand sourcing reach.
- Screen applicants for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit; provide candidates with information about the organization and opportunities.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, conduct reference and background checks, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Present offers to candidates, negotiate compensation within established guidelines, and initiate the new hire onboarding process.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and timely status updates.
- Track and report recruiting metrics and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and hiring quality.
- Participate in talent acquisition planning and strategy discussions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate and represent the company at in-person and virtual job fairs and recruiting events.
- Support new-hire onboarding and orientation initiatives to enhance the candidate experience.
- Perform additional recruiting-related projects and assignments as directed.
Your experience brings:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Comfort using standard office equipment
- Initiative, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
- Professionalism with all levels of staff and management
- Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) a plus.
- A proven track record of building a network of candidates within specific disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience preferred, ideally in a retail environment
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
