Overview Cybersecurity Systems Analyst – Associate supports the USCYBERCOM and USSOCOM network and system security program. Performs assessment, authorization and compliance of customer networks and systems per RMF and DODI 8510.01, NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs and identifies and mitigates vulnerabilities. Responsibilities Assess, authorize and validate IT systems, clouds, networks and applications to achieve ATO, IATT, ATC per RMF. Develop, maintain and track RMF documentation, A&A databases, and DISN, cloud and DIA approval packages. Perform risk and vulnerability assessments, prepare risk assessment reports and submit to SCA, AO/DAA. Identify, implement and validate mitigation strategies for software and hardware vulnerabilities and gaps. Develop and maintain IS continuous monitoring (ISCM) plans and conduct ongoing security posture analysis. Resolve security, A&A, connection and waiver issues with USCYBERCOM, DoD, DIA, NSA, DISA and subordinate organizations. Validate patching, perform validation scanning, develop Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms) and report per applicable policies. Provide subject matter expertise for COA development, cyber mitigation implementation, and analytics reporting. Qualifications 5+ years of experience performing RMF, A&A, risk, compliance and vulnerability assessment for DoD networks and systems. Technical background in system administration, networking, identity management, Microsoft and Linux operating systems, database, and mobility. Knowledge of DODI 8510.01, NIST 800-53, CNSS, DISA STIGs, eMASS and RMF procedures. Experience with ACAS, Nessus, Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) tools. Active TS/SCI clearance required. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. US citizenship. Experience, Education & Certification Intermediate: 5+ years of experience Education: BA/BS Certification: Current DoD 8570.01‑M, DoD IAT Level II* Physical Requirements Requires sitting for extended periods at a desk (40‑90%). Requires walking around and climbing on vehicles at Anniston Army Depot. Work Environment Inside office/cubicle environment. Partial telework. On site and telework as directed. Other Essential Functions Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must interface with individuals at all levels of the organization. Must obtain unescorted access to work areas.
