Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and polished Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about clinical skincare, committed to excellence, and thrives in a luxury medical environment. This role combines hands-on treatment expertise with a focus on patient education, luxury care, and service promotion to help grow our aesthetics program.

What Youll Do:

Perform advanced skincare treatmentsincluding clinical facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other non-invasive aesthetic servicesaligned with Aesthetx protocols and brand standards. Deliver a luxury, concierge-level experience for every patient, ensuring comfort, confidence, and continuity of care. Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and develop personalized treatment and homecare plans using medical-grade skincare products. Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in treatment areas, following medical and safety protocols. Collaborate with the nursing and provider team to coordinate treatment plans and ensure seamless patient experiences. Participate in marketing efforts by promoting skincare services, seasonal treatments, and products through social media, educational content, or events. Build and maintain lasting patient relationships through consistent communication, personalized care, and results-driven service. Continue professional development through ongoing education and training in emerging skincare technologies and techniques.

What Youll Bring:

Valid California Esthetician license required. Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or luxury aesthetic practice. Strong understanding of clinical skincare, chemical peels, and post-procedure care. Polished, professional demeanor and commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Confident in marketing services and contributing to practice growth through patient education and product promotion. Highly organized and attentive to detail in both patient care and documentation.
