We are seeking a skilled Senior PowerPoint Designer to join our Education and Training team at our global headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role focuses on creating visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for virtual and in-person learning experiences by collaborating closely with content developers and subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative problem solver passionate about transforming complex information into clear, impactful training materials that support employee development and customer education.

Responsibilities: Design and develop PowerPoint presentations to support training programs and executive communications. Apply design principles tailored for adult learners and translate complex content into visually appealing slides. Incorporate multimedia elements such as animations, transitions, and interactive components to enhance engagement. Ensure materials align with branding and accessibility standards, and revise existing content for clarity and effectiveness. Stay current with emerging design trends and innovate presentation techniques. Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or related field. Portfolio of animated Powerpoints/Presentations Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design or training development. Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint including advanced animations and multimedia editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline 360 or Adobe Captivate. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models. Excellent design skills with attention to layout, typography, color, and brand cohesion. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
