Position Summary The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient operation of our ERP systems. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions to optimize business operations. Daily tasks include support for preexisting applications and scripts, ad-hoc reporting using MSSQL and SSRS, and general troubleshooting. The ERP analyst will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be the first to respond to ERP related needs. This individual will have shown proven results in an ability to lead and support a team through ERP navigation and transition and can meet the demands of current and future ERP systems simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Lead support efforts on the organizations Microsoft Business Central ERP Design and build reports using analytics tools such as Power BI Support applications using Python, and C# Ad-hoc reporting using MSSQL and SSRS Be a stakeholder and liaison in implementation of current ERP implementation Improve current workflows, support users, and lead integration projects with other D365 software Make recommendations and modifications to business applications required for the continual growth of the business Training company employees Documenting workflows and processes This list of responsibilities is not all inclusive and is subject to expansion to encompass additional duties and responsibilities as determined by management as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Power BI Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience Experience in Python, C#, and MSSQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Self-starter that is ambitious and creates ownership Experience with MxAPS integrated software for Business Central a plus Previous experience in Manufacturing industry setting At Artemax, we offer free lunch every day for all employees, along with a competitive benefits package which includes, but is not limited to, the following: Medical, dental and vision insurance A 401(k) plan with competitive matching program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Life insurance Personal Time off Paid holidays EQUAL OPPORTUNITY All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
