Primary Care Physician
to join our team in Downey, Upland, Lawndale or Apple Valley, California. Founded by physicians in 1992, CareMore is a pioneer in value-based care focused on whole-person health, treating primary and complex health needs. Offering care in our clinics, virtually and in-home, we provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
Position Highlights:
Full-time practice with a focus on continuity and proactive care Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners, social services, and case management Administrative and clinical support so you can focus on patients, not paperwork Meaningful patient relationships with an emphasis on prevention and wellness A care environment designed to treat the whole person, not just the condition
Qualifications:
MD/DO degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active or eligible medical license in the state of practice Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience in primary care preferred, 2026 residents encouraged to apply as well Commitment to patient-centered, value-based, and team-oriented care
