Job Description:

Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and reliable

Dietary Aide

to join our dietary team. The Dietary Aide assists in the preparation and service of meals, ensuring high standards of quality, sanitation, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Assist the cook as directed by the Food Service Director.

Prepare and label nourishments according to center procedures.

Portion and prepare desserts, salads, and other non-entrée foods; pour and serve beverages.

Follow production sheets and pre-preparation guidelines to ensure accurate food preparation.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: Minimum

1 year of experience

in a long-term care or nursing home setting.

Ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
