Ultimate Staffing Services is currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Document Processors for an exciting opportunity in Delaware. The

Public Sector Lockbox business

operates as a multi-shift unit, providing essential services to government clients for managing their receivables and sensitive documents. This position is an

on-site, long-term temporary opportunity

with comprehensive training provided. Successful candidates will be adaptable, able to work weekends and holidays, and must complete a government-required background check. Responsibilities

Manage mailroom operations, batching, scanning, dispatch, and data entry in a collaborative team environment. Adapt to various tasks as business needs arise, ensuring smooth operations within the lockbox processing unit. Work closely with team members to maintain efficiency and accuracy in document processing. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain high standards of quality control to ensure accurate processing of sensitive documents. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and tasks provided by management. Must pass extensive background and credit checks. Work Hours

Flexible shifts are available to accommodate various schedules: Sun - Thurs: 3:30pm - 12am Tues - Sat: 7pm- 3:30am Training for the first 4 weeks will be:

Mon-Fri 5pm-1:30am Benefits

The position offers a pay rate of $18 per hour, with a comprehensive training program in the lockbox document processing industry. Training varies depending on the shift and lasts for four weeks. Additional Details
