Trillium Drivers is now seeking Delivery Drivers / Merchandisers in Honolulu!
Pay can vary between $23.50-$25.00/hr. Depending on experience. The typical workweek is Monday through Friday (standard 40 hours per week); however, evening, night shift, overtime, and weekend hours are common in some branch offices.
The Merchandiser contributes to the branch office by optimizing branch sales and profits by ensuring that customers’ stores are stocked with the right products. They are responsible for delivering merchandise to the store, stocking shelves, arranging, and maintaining product displays, and monitoring the store inventory. The Merchandiser will cultivate new and engaging ways to display and find the best spots to place products that will make them more appealing to customers.
Essential Job Functions -Merchandiser store shelves. Maintain store shelves to standards of the client and customers. -Check shelves and backrooms for overstock, proper product rotations, and dates. -Maintain regular contact with existing customers to field problems, concerns, and complaints resolving customer-related issues. -Delivery & pick up products and equipment when necessary. -Keep informed of new products and other general information. -Package finished product for shipping (Shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling). -Stages finished product for loading. -Check purchase orders/ work orders to ensure that products are correctly assembled and ready for delivery. -Check items to ensure that the correct number of products are being assembled. -Unload products from trucks, and containers and stock them in the designated area. -Responsible for quality control. Ensure that no damaged products are sent out, and no damaged products will be stored. -Operate within standard operating procedures. -Operate with the forklift and/or palette jacks. -Handle inventory movement into and out of controlled locations. -Provide fill-in support for other departments in the warehouse. -Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability -Valid driver’s license -Principles, practices, and procedures of retail food operation. -Working knowledge of the grocery business. -Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds. -Available to work extended hours.
