Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Skills Required
