Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Develops and implements innovative recruitment strategies to build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates. Build and maintain trusted, productive relationships with hiring managers and candidates to meet hiring goals efficiently. Partners closely with hiring managers to define position requirements, craft compelling job postings, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. Work collaboratively with the Compensation team to develop accurate and competitive salary recommendations. Coordinates, schedules, and conducts interviews using behavioral-based techniques to thoroughly assess candidate fit. Delivers professional, positive, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the application, interview, and offer process. Provides clear, timely feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support the selection of the best-fit candidates. Performs additional related duties and projects as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team and organizational goals.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field required; equivalent education, experience, and/or training may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience required. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) required; working knowledge of iCIMS strongly preferred. Previous experience recruiting in a healthcare setting highly preferred. SHRM or PHR certification strongly preferred. Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive communications with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and resolve them promptly. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; able to build positive relationships at all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively in meetings and group settings. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough, with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Reliable and responsive, with a willingness to accept coaching and feedback. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; intermediate Excel skills and experience with data analytics preferred.
