Position Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. The recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process that encompasses sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

The recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process that encompasses sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust and continuous candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
- Help develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven track record of creatively recruiting and hiring all levels of talent and building an innovative and sustainable strategy.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Strong knowledge of the entire recruitment function -- talent acquisition practices, principles and applications including attraction, interviewing and assessment.
- Proven effective relationship and consultative skills -- with candidates and hiring managers with ability to influence, inform and negotiate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build confidence and trust in leading the recruitment process.
- Excellent interpersonal, management, and networking/influencing skills -- at all levels of an organization -- and to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Must demonstrate proven ability to identify and motivate external candidates through cold-calling.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience of full-life cycle recruiting, preferably high volume, preferably in Automotive Service experience.
- High School/GED required; Bachelor's degree required preferred.
