Must be a U.S. Citizen Clearance Required: Position requires a SECRET Security Clearance The Executive Assistant will provide vital support to PMA-201 Operations Officer. Performs complex administrative functions in an extremely fast paced environment Manages and processes internal and external tasking Interfaces with PEO(U&W) staff and program office leadership Works within the Integrated Program Team environment to provide administrative support Performs routine clerical and administrative functions Drafting correspondence Scheduling appointments Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files Providing information to callers Manages Planner in FS Teams to track misc. tasking Assist with putting out the request for responses to PEO, PMA, CLO, OPNAV, etc. taskers and submitting summaries to each by their deadlines Manages personnel records for check in/outs. Place tickets to assign a phone and desk through the base site Updates recall list Updates ORG charts Update seating charts for Program Office Order and pick up name plates & farewell mat materials then assemble, and gather signatures for departing personnel’s farewell mats and awards Manage PMA-201 spaces in the NAVAIR Reservation System Place tickets with facilities for all necessary repairs or improvements to spaces Mail unclassified and classified material and log incoming classified material Establish and manage Teams channels for Ops, Leadership, and All Hands Set up automated flows for Teams Planner notifications Build and maintain business rules and SOPs for Operations Order office supplies Order Military name tags and flight suit patches Coordinate MWR activities Manage Geedunk DTS needs for leadership Processing Public Release Requests Ensures program office spaces are clean and professional Manages NAVAIR reservation systems for the program office Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently, as needed Requires polished demeanor and sense of decorum. Position requires interfacing with prominent NAVAIR senior leadership and industry representatives Perform other job-related tasks as identified Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Plan, short- and long-term disability, accidental death & dismemberment, 401K retirement & matching, Tuition assistance program, direct deposit, leave package and 11 paid federal holidays. Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $63,000- $73,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary.
