Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will accelerate professional growth, work on diverse projects, and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge cloud infrastructures.
Responsibilities
Define QA strategies and comprehensive test plans for AI-driven features, web apps, APIs, and system integrations.
Design, implement, and automate test cases for functional, regression, UI, performance, and security testing.
Validate AI models, workflows, and outputs—including prompt behavior and automation pipelines.
Execute QA validation for GTM workflows across platforms such as n8n, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Clay, and Mailchimp.
Plan and run A/B and multivariate experiments to evaluate feature performance and user impact.
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring QA integration from requirement definition to release.
Track, manage, and report defects and key quality metrics.
Promote QA best practices and nurture a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Desired Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
Proven background testing AI/ML systems and LLM-based products (e.g., OpenAI API, fine-tuning, or prompt workflows).
Strong command of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Hands-on experience with GTM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, Mailchimp, n8n, Zapier).
Understanding of A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks (VWO experience is a plus).
Knowledge of performance and security testing fundamentals.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
