We are looking for a director for our annual spring show in Cambridge, MA! Our cast comes from schools all over the city, grades 3-8.
Responsibilities
Direct rehearsals two or three afternoons per week from January through June.
Manage a diverse cast of students in grades 3-8.
Lead the production of the spring show and coordinate with community partners.
Prioritize sensitivity and inclusiveness in a diverse setting.
Qualifications
Strong classroom management and leadership experience.
Well-versed in musical theater.
Experience fostering community relationships.
Ability to bring energy and vision to a vibrant community.
