RESPONSIBILITIES : Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner, creating a welcoming first impression Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member Maintain a clean and organized reception area, showroom, and waiting lounge Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, etc. Assist the sales teams with admin support as needed Log customer information accurately in the CRM Provide accurate information regarding dealership hours, promotions, ect. Uphold a professional appearance and always comply with dealership policies
