Hours for this job are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 5 pm and a Saturday rotation from 7:30 am until noon
Starting wage range is typically $20-25/hr and varies by experience level
As a Parts Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operation of our service and parts departments. You will be the go-to person ensuring that parts are efficiently handled, processed, and delivered to meet the demands of our customers and technicians. Your responsibilities will cover a range of tasks aimed at maintaining an organized and effective parts warehouse, all while providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions: Serve as a liaison between the parts and service departments to ensure excellent customer experience. Efficiently process parts shipments, including customer orders, stock orders, machine down, and surplus returns. Post freight to work orders or counter tickets for parts orders and transfers. Pull parts for technician service jobs and ensure timely delivery of correct parts. Perform cycle counting and verify inventory, reporting discrepancies and damaged products. Communicate with customers for parts pick-up and delivery. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, showroom, and displays. Assemble serial number products sold by the parts department. Assist with merchandising and re-stocking showroom inventory. Unload freight trucks. Shares in the responsibility of after-hours calls with other parts department staff. Refers leads on other sales opportunities to R&S staff as appropriate. Maintains a clean, neat and safe parts area, observing safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
Knowledge of farm equipment preferred not required. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, and the general public as well. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly. Ability to use a computer and current software programs required. Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving history
