Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and vendor invoices. Handle payroll, tax filings, and compliance reporting (UK & international). Create and maintain financial dashboards for management. Proven accounting experience (3+ years), preferably in a remote or agency environment. Strong understanding of UK and international accounting principles. Proficiency with accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
