Position Overview: The
DocuSign Architect
is responsible for designing and delivering
enterprise-wide CLM solutions
that align with business objectives and best practices. This role involves
technical architecture, process automation, governance frameworks, and system integrations , ensuring seamless contract management across business units. Key Responsibilities
Strategic CLM Architecture & Design Define and implement
CLM system architecture, data models, and document repository governance . Design and optimize
contract workflows, approval hierarchies, and automation rules . Develop
CLM integration strategies
with
CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365), CPQ, ERP, e-Signature, and Billing systems . Lead enterprise-level
contract governance and risk management strategies . Implementation & Technical Leadership Oversee the
customization of contract templates, metadata structures, and automated workflows . Guide development teams in building robust
APIs and connectors
for CLM data flow. Establish and enforce
best practices for CLM configuration, contract security, and compliance . Evaluate and recommend
AI-driven contract intelligence, analytics, and automation . Team Collaboration & Client Engagement Lead
technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
for clients. Work with
business analysts and stakeholders
to define
functional requirements . Mentor and provide technical guidance to
CLM engineers and consultants . Maintain vendor relationships and
engage in CLM best practice communities . Continuous Improvement & Innovation Research
emerging CLM technologies and industry trends
to enhance implementation methodologies. Standardize
reusable CLM implementation frameworks, playbooks, and accelerators . Develop
training materials, knowledge-sharing sessions, and documentation
for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience
in
CLM, CPQ, or Q2C implementations , with
at least 4 years in CLM architecture . Expertise in
contract workflow automation, metadata modeling, and document governance . Strong knowledge of
APIs, integration frameworks, and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, CPQ, e-Signature) . Proficiency in
configuration scripting, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and data management . Understanding of
contract compliance regulations, risk mitigation, and audit processes . Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills. Preferred:
CLM platform certifications (e.g., Agiloft, Conga, Icertis, SirionLabs, etc.) . Applications will be accepted until 09/26/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
