Job Summary Lead extraordinary experiences in one of the NFL’s most iconic stadiums! As a Banquet Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of catered events, ensuring flawless service and memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with culinary and operations teams to deliver high-quality events that reflect both the prestige of Arrowhead Stadium and Levy’s commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage banquet operations from planning through execution and post-event review Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure quality and timeliness Supervise banquet staff scheduling, training, and performance Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Partner with clients to understand event requirements and exceed expectations Monitor budgets and control costs while delivering exceptional service Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field 3–5 years of banquet or event management experience Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards Experience supervising teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays Levy is a member of Compass Group USA.
