This is a part-time, in-person position that can quickly grow into a full-time role. We’re not looking for a traditional film-school editor — we want someone scrappy, curious, and ambitious, who loves learning new tools, experimenting with AI, and creating content that performs on YouTube, podcasts, and social platforms. If you’re eager to grow in the world of digital content creation, this is a hands-on opportunity with mentorship, training, and top-tier gear provided. What You’ll Do Edit videos for YouTube and podcast content using tools like Premiere Pro, Descript, and CapCut Design and export thumbnails, social clips, and graphics that fit brand style Collaborate on uploading, optimizing, and distributing content across YouTube and social platforms Learn and integrate new AI tools into editing and content workflows Work directly with the creative directors to meet publishing schedules and experiment with new content formats Assist with occasional audio cleanup or post-production (training provided) What We’re Looking For Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly Self-starter mindset — takes initiative and experiments with new ideas Comfortable working in fast-paced, creative environments Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing tools (bonus) Familiarity with graphic design or thumbnail design (bonus) Interest in YouTube, podcasting, and digital storytelling Seniority level
