OverviewCommissioned Sales Representative - LATAM Region (Remote)As a Commissioned Sales Representative at MonetizeMore, you will be the face of our brand in the LATAM region, driving new business by identifying, engaging, and converting publisher leads into long-term clients.
This role starts as a commission-only position, offering uncapped earning potential for high performers.
Upon consistently meeting sales targets, you will transition to a competitive fixed salary plus commission structure, rewarding your success with stability and growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target high-potential publishers in the LATAM region through research, networking, and industry eventsClient Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored ad-tech solutions from Monetize MoreSales Conversion: Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, leveraging product demos, proposals, and negotiations to secure partnershipsMarket Representation: Represent MonetizeMore at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events, establishing the company as a trusted leader in ad-techCollaboration: Work closely with the account management and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and optimization for new clientsReporting and Analytics: Track sales performance using CRM tools, providing regular updates on pipeline progress and market insights to leadershipMarket Intelligence: Stay informed on LATAM ad-tech trends, competitor offerings, and publisher needs to refine sales strategiesQualificationsExperience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS industriesIndustry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as header bidding, programmatic advertising, ad optimization, and publisher monetizationSkills:Proven ability to generate and close leads in a competitive marketExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analyticsSelf-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environmentRegional Expertise: Understanding of the LATAM digital publishing landscape, with fluency in English and preferably one additional LATAM language (Portuguese, Spanish, French)Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)Compensation Structure0–$10,000 Monthly Revenue: 10% commission$10,001–$25,000 Monthly Revenue: 12% commission$25,001–$50,000 Monthly Revenue: 15% commission$50,001+ Monthly Revenue: 18% commissionNote: Commissions are calculated based on the revenue generated from new client acquisitions and are paid monthly.Why Join Monetize More?
