$25 – $35/hr (based on experience & fit) Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
About Adventure Tours Adventure Tours is a growing, multi-state motorcoach and fleet operator recognized for maintaining one of the cleanest, safest, and most modern fleets on the East Coast. Our maintenance teams take pride in quality, reliability, and teamwork — supporting over 100 units including motorcoaches, minibuses, vans, and support vehicles.
What You’ll Do Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel-powered coaches and support vehicles Troubleshoot electrical, air, suspension, and HVAC systems Collaborate with parts and service staff to ensure efficient workflow Maintain accurate repair documentation and uphold company safety and cleanliness standards Support road calls and after-hours repairs when needed What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands-on diesel experience (motorcoach, truck, or heavy equipment) preferred Strong diagnostic skills using modern tools (laptop-based software, scan tools, etc.) Commitment to safety, accountability, and professional communication Valid driver’s license (CDL B with air brakes a plus) Positive attitude and ability to work independently on the evening shift Why Adventure Tours Competitive hourly pay based on experience and performance Steady full-time hours with overtime opportunities Supportive leadership and clear advancement paths Tool assistance and company-provided uniforms A clean, well-equipped facility and a team that takes pride in doing things right Equal Employment Opportunity: Adventure
