Lead the build: Organize, plan, and execute the entire machine construction process. Hands-on assembly: Use mechanical drawings and verbal instructions to bring machines to life. Make it better: Suggest improvements that boost quality and efficiency. Keep it sharp: Work to ISO quality standards and best practices. What You Bring:
High school diploma or trade school certification. 1–2 years of experience in machine assembly or mechanical maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude — you know your way around tools and machines. A team player mindset with solid communication skills. Experience with tools like calipers, drills, lathes, and grinders. Tools You’ll Use:
Inspection tools (e.g., calipers, verniers, scales) Common hand tools (e.g., wrenches, pliers, drills) Machinery (e.g., milling machines, lathes, surface grinders) Perks & Benefits:
