Interpret and follow technical instructions, blueprints, and maintenance manuals to execute repairs and installations accurately. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair work to support compliance and reporting requirements. Collaborate with facility management and other departments to prioritize maintenance needs and schedule repairs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the healthcare industry. Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools to ensure availability when needed.
