Job Description Salary: We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, focusing on the Human Capital Management (HCM) suite.
Key Responsibilities: Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align system capabilities with business processes. Provide functional and technical expertise during system upgrades and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve HCM application issues.
Qualifications and Experience: 35+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM. Strong understanding of HCM business processes and workflows. Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle HCM modules.
Required Skills: Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
Certification Requirement: Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred.
