Located in the vibrant hub of Mooresville, NC, we are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Printing Press Technician ready to embrace night shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Operate and manage the comprehensive aspects of our printing operations. Set up, install, and change plates, mandrels, and necessary equipment adeptly. Precisely align print images to meet our high standards of quality. Tap into your troubleshooting expertise to perform repairs and scheduled maintenance. Oversee packers working with you and maintain updated records. Conduct quality assessments and ensure adherence to product specifications. Keep the workplace well-organized and execute other tasks as directed by leaders. Candidate Profile:
A demonstrably strong work history. High School Diploma or GED, paired with a minimum of two years working with printing or production machinery. Mechanical and problem-solving prowess. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic math skills and a team-oriented spirit.
