Job Description Description: We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of refrigeration coil assemblies through thorough inspection and testing processes. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect refrigeration coil assemblies for brazing quality, fin pitch, and dimensional accuracy. Supervise leak testing and pressure testing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct in-process and final inspection audits before shipment to guarantee product integrity. Perform packaging quality audits to ensure conformance to customer requirements. Document inspection results and maintain traceability records for all quality checks.
Requirements:
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred. 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a fabrication, welding, or assembly environment strongly preferred. Ability to interpret blueprints and quality standards effectively. Familiarity with pressure/leak test equipment preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move around manufacturing areas for extended periods Manual dexterity to handle precision instruments and tools. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally. Visual acuity for detailed inspection work. Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as required for inspections.
