Porter/Groundskeeper
LOCATION: Enclave at Winghaven Apartments

Responsibilities: Efficiently maintain the physical appearance of the apartment community Walk the grounds and common areas removing litter and debris from grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, and amenities Duties may include the use of a power washer and cleaning or vacuuming pool Participate in other tasks and activities as assigned including some minor maintenance Reliable transportation to and from work Maintain a high level of customer service A positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience: Experience as a Groundskeeper / Porter preferably in multifamily
