What You’ll Do: Own your leads
– Knock doors, network like a pro, and turn connections into customers.
Lead the consultative process
– Assess property needs and offer customized roofing solutions that make clients say “YES.”
Follow through like a pro
– From contract to completion, you’re the client’s go-to.
Build real relationships
– Repeat business and referrals are your legacy.

What You Need: Experience in outside sales
(roofing/construction
is a bonus—but not required)
Goal-driven mindset and mental toughness
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Willing to work in or relocate to St. Louis, MO
Bonus Points If You: Know roofing or storm restoration
Have used CRM tools before
Are the kind of person who finds a way—not an excuse
