Now Hiring: Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental and psychosocial functioning possible on assigned unit. Actively participate in the Quarterly Assurance process, including attending the Quality Assurance meetings and submission of required reports. Make daily rounds on the assigned unit to ensure resident care needs and environmental standards are met. Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs for assigned unit. Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Qualifications:
Prior experience managing staff is preferred. Ability to work independently or part of a group. Computer knowledge. Previous long term care experience is required
License:
Must have an active Registered Nurse RN License
