The CTS Operations Team is expanding and in search of a rock-solid, full-time Shipping & Receiving Operations Technician.

The position of Shipping & Receiving Operations Technician reports directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager. Your responsibilities primarily revolve around receiving, testing, storing, packing, and distributing A/V/L Production and Integration Equipment.

A/V/L system preps, repairs, warehouse organization, event load-in and load-out, equipment deliveries. Needless to say, the Shipping & Receiving Operations Technician is an essential member of our experienced team and growing company.

PAY RANGE:

Dependent on experience and qualifications

Professional and personable with superior customer service skills

Ability to self-start, be proactive, be highly responsive and reliable

Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, handling multiple, varied tasks

A/V/L system and rental equipment prep experience (Flex software experience a plus)

Commitment to excellence and accuracy

Minimum of 1 year experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must be able to lift 55 lb items on a regular basis throughout the day

Ability to be on your feet all day

Communicate effectively; read and write English/take verbal direction; use simple math

Valid Driver’s License
